• SMS/text message communications
• Appointment scheduling

3. Eligibility and Age Restriction

You must be at least 18 years of age to use this Site, submit any forms, or consent to receive SMS or email communications from First Fruits. By using the Site, submitting any form, or opting into any communication, you represent and warrant that you are 18 years of age or older.

To re-subscribe after opting out, reply START or YES to any prior message from First Fruits, or contact us directly at Kathleen@firstfruits.family.

First Fruits will honor all opt-out requests promptly and in compliance with applicable regulations, including the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) and CTIA guidelines.

6. Message and Data Rate Disclosure

Message and data rates may apply to all SMS messages sent to and received from First Fruits. Rates are set by and vary according to your mobile carrier and your individual service plan. First Fruits has no control over and is not responsible for any charges applied by your mobile carrier in connection with SMS communications.

• Message frequency will vary based on your interactions with First Fruits and any active communication campaigns.

8. Carrier Liability Disclaimer

First Fruits and its designated SMS service provider(s) are not responsible for delayed, undelivered, misdirected, or incomplete SMS messages. Delivery of SMS messages is subject to the effective transmission by your mobile carrier, and mobile carriers are not liable for any delays or failures in the delivery or receipt of any SMS messages. Factors outside of First Fruits' control, including but not limited to network outages, carrier filtering, device compatibility issues, and technical failures, may affect the delivery of SMS messages. First Fruits does not guarantee the delivery of any SMS message and shall not be held liable for any loss or damage arising from failed or delayed message delivery.

9. Mobile Information Sharing Statement

Your mobile phone number and SMS consent information will never be sold, rented, leased, or shared with any third party or affiliate for marketing or promotional purposes. The sole exception is our designated SMS service provider, which processes and delivers SMS messages on behalf of First Fruits and is contractually prohibited from using your information for any independent purpose. No mobile information derived from SMS consent or opt-in will be used or shared beyond what is necessary to deliver the SMS services described in these Terms.

10. User Accounts

If you create an account on the Site, you are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activity that occurs under your account
